On Friday night Eddie Carrier Jr. hopped on the World of Outlaws Late Model Series (WoOLMS) schedule, making the short trip to Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio). With forty-one Super Late Models signed in for the $8,000 to win feature, Eddie scored a runner-up finish in his heat, paving his way into the A-Main. Coming from the 7th starting spot, Carrier Jr. advanced five spots in the 40-lapper recording a 2nd place finish behind race winner, Josh Richards with Shane Clanton, Tim McCreadie, and Frank Heckenast rounding out the top five. The following night brought Carrier Jr. to Lawrenceburg Speedway (Lawrenceburg, Indiana) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned, Whiskey City 50. Landing a runner-up finish to Scott Bloomquist in his heat, Eddie transferred into the feature event with the 6th starting spot.
