Keith Miller led the field of MSCCS Late Models to the green for the first B-Main of the night with Micky Trosciail Jr on the outside. With the drop of the green flag Keith Miller jumped. Devin Jones moved to the pole with Miller dropping back to the inside second row. The next start saw Jones and 3 door to door until pushing up in turn two as Miller shot back to the point. Caution flew on lap three when Leon Henderson spun . Miller led the way to the green. Miller pulled out in the lead once more with Jones second and Martin lilland Jr at third. Caution waved on lap eight when Charles Gaines and Leon Henderson spun in two. Miller led Jones back to green. Lap nine saw Russell Flynn shuffle Lilland back to fourth as Miller took the win with Jones second.
Scott Creel brought the second MSCCS B-Main field to green inside Neil Baggett. Under green it was Baggett into the lead with Creel in second and Boradus at third. As Baggett ran alone out front while Jeremy Broadus kept the pressure up on Creel. Caution flew on lap eight when Allen Netherland spun in turn one. Baggett, his lead eroded, brought the field back to the short run for the finish with Creel second and Broadhus still holding third. Baggett took the win as Creel crossed second with Broadus looking inside without success.
The top eight qualifiers ran the 6-lap Dash to set the front starting positions. For the second time of the weekend Shep Lucas led the field to the start with David Ashley outside. A door-to-door run ensued with Lucas emerging in the lead followed by Ashley and Chad Thrash third. Lucas led Ashley to the checkers with thrash in third.
The second race if the MSCCS Florida Panhandle Double Header saw Shep Lucas lead the field of 22 Late Models to the green with David Ashley on the outside of the front row. Following the four wide salute it was green flat time. As the green flew it was Lucas out into the lead with Ashley at second and Scott Slay third. Caution waved on lap five when Devin Jones went around in turn two, collecting Martin Lilland Jr and Russell Flynn. Lucas led at caution with Ashley still running second. Slay still runs third with Chad Thrash fourth and Joseph Joiner rounding out the front five. As racing resumed Lilland went around in two and the start was called off. Lucas again brought the field back to green Lucas continued to lead for one lap until Jones spun in one and caution flew again. Lucas still runs at the point with Ashley second and Slay third. Lap seven saw caution when 8 spun in one with no changes in the front runners. Lap eight saw Steve Bryan spin in one for another round of caution. Lucas continues to lead Ashley with Slay at third. Lucas led until caution once more slowed the pace when Leon Henderson spun in four on lap eleven. Caution waved on lap seventeen when 31 went around in three while running inside Jason Phillips. Lucas still holds the point over Ashley with Slay third, Thrash fourth and Jernigan fifth. By lap twenty seven Lucas had opened a sizable lead over Ashley as they worked lapped traffic. Caution flew on lap twenty seven when somebody spun. Again Lucas brought the field to green, and once more began opening a lead over Ashley at second. At lap twenty-nine caution flew when 00n spun in two. Caution flew again when Flynn spun in two, stacking up several cars. Single file racing resumed until lap thirty three when Henderson spun in two and caution once again flew. Lap thirty seven saw Lucas remaining dominant at the point while Slay and Ashley dueled for second. Under the checkers it was Lucas taking the win with Ashley second and Slay third. Joseph Joiner gained an additional $250 bonus for being the highest finishing car powered by a GM crate engine.
