The largest crowd of the season turned out this evening at North Central Arkansas Speedway to watch the Comp Cams Super Dirt Late Model Series in their second trip in as many years to the speedway.

The Pure Stock feature race had Larry West and Jimmie Blair on the front row to get the feature racing action underway. The third attempt to get things running proved to be the charm after a pair of false starts and Blair used the high side of the track to take the early race lead entering turns one and two with Dylan Pinson following Blair to the front on the first lap. Matthew Seaman took over the second spot from Pinson on lap two and after pressing leader Blair throughout laps four and five at both ends of the speedway moved into the lead on lap six. Three cautions slowed the action, all for single-car incidents, but Seaman was able to keep his ride in front of the field after getting into the lead and claimed the feature win. Blair finished second and West raced to a third place finish.

Pure Stock Final Results: 1) # T10 Matthew Seaman,  2) #2X Jimmie Blair,  3) #7L Larry West,  4) #C4 Coty Campbell,  5) #32 Lance Raney,  6) #89 Dylan Pinson,  7) # 14 Kyler VanScoy,  8) #5 Danny Bolin,  DNS) #7D Drew Horton

Kevin Collins led the field to the start of the Hobby feature race but it was outside pole-sitter Richard Carson who held the lead at the end of the first circuit on the score sheet. Collins committed to the lower line all around the track, running side by side with leader Carson off and on through lap five when Collins was able to take the lead. As the leaders were fighting over the top spot Jackie Hensley moved up through the field after being forced to start at the rear due to a penalty assessed from his heat race. As Carson slipped back from the leader in second, Hensley moved in to battle over the spot and moved past Carson into second on lap eleven. A single-car spin on lap twelve allowed Hensley to close the gap that Collins had built and following the restart Hensley looked high and low looking for a way into the lead, finally making his move to the lead exiting turn two on lap fourteen. Hensley held the lead through the end, but a failed post-race inspection handing the win to Collins.
