The Pure Stock feature race became a race of attrition as two of three starters were forced to leave the track earlier then the planned 20 lap distance. After moving back into second place after the restart West stalked leader Matthew Seaman for the next six laps until another spin brought caution to the track. Pole sitter Joe Sisco exited the track as the yellow waved, and with West being unable to get his car restarted Seaman was awarded the win.
