A look at the large grandstand area. This photo was taken around 5:30 and by 7:00 there was not a seat to be had. Volunteer Speedway utilizes a section where fans can sit in their own lawn chairs and another section where seats are provided. This facility gets my "Best Deal of the Year" award with their admission prices. Grandstand admission on Friday night was $6 and $12 on Saturday night for a $10,000 to win Southern All-Star Late Model Series show. |
