USCS "Red Dirt Rumble" 5-race mini-series kicks off tonight at Senoia Raceway

Atlanta, GA - August 27, 2010 - The United Sprint Car Series presented by Goodyear Outlaw Thunder Tour "Red Dirt Rumble" 2010 5-race series to be held at four Georgia dirt tracks from Friday, August 27th through Sunday, September 5th kicks off tonight at New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Georgia.
Round One on Friday, August 27th will be the "Race for the Randy's" paying $1200 to win the 25-lap preliminary main event at New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Georgia as part of the USCS Senoia Summer Nationals. Round Two will be at Senoia on Saturday night. This weekend's USCS Senoia Summer Nationals finale at the former paved oval that is now enjoying success as a 3/8 mile high-banked dirt oval is the 30-lap Randy Helton Memorial Race that will pay at least $2000 to the winner.

The Red Dirt Rumble" mini-series of events will be contested on tracks that all have Georgia red clay as their racing surface and so the name "Red Dirt Rumble". One driver can win over $10,000 with a sweep of the events including bonuses during the five-race period.

Next weekend after five days off to re-group and prepare for a Labor Day weekend trio of events, the "Red Dirt Rumble" fires back into action at the
3/8 mile Boyd Speedway in the Chattanooga suburb of Ringgold, Georgia with Round Three on Friday, September 3rd. This 30-lap main event will also pay $2000 to win. The track has witnessed record crowds over the last two seasons for USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour annual events.

On Saturday night, September 4th of the Labor Day Holiday weekend the traveling series moves across the state of Georgia to Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia Georgia for mini-series Round Four. This will be the second and final visit to the 4/10 mile red clay oval of the year and the winner's portion for winning the main event will be $2000 as well.

The mini-series wraps up with a trip to the bullet fast high-banked half-mile red clay racing surface of Rome Speedway in Rome, Georgia on Sunday, September 5th. The finale will pay $2000 to win. The sprint cars join the well established Rome Boss 40-lap Super Late Model event plus Stock Car Racing for an action packed evening of Holiday weekend racing with the Labor National Holiday to follow so fans and racers alike can travel home.
