The ULTIMATE Supers Return to North Georgia Speedway Saturday

Chatsworth, Georgia - The drivers of the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series will make their first of two appearances this Saturday night at the 1/3rd mile North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia. The scheduled 40-lap A-Main will pay $4000 to the winner and $400 to start. The defending winner of the event is Chickamauga, Georgia driver Dale McDowell. McDowell is scheduled to be on hand to defend his win.

Riley Hickman of Ooltewah, Tennessee currently leads the ULTIMATE Super Late Model point standings after his victory in the season opener at Georgia's Lavonia Speedway in March. Chris Madden sits second just one point behind Hickman. Mike Marlar, Clint Smith and Jonathan Davenport round out the top five in series points after one event.

The 2012 ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series Champion Casey Roberts, who is currently 7th in the standings, along with USLMS Rookie of the Year Casey Barrow will also be looking to assert themselves as front runners for the 2013 Series Title. Zack Mitchell of Enoree, South Carolina returns (3rd in 2012 Series points) while Jeff Smith of Dallas, North Carolina is making his first run at the title - both are scheduled to be at North Georgia as well. Also look for 2013 Rookie of the Year candidates Brett Miller of Greeneville, Tennessee and Larry Timms of Hodges, South Carolina to be in competition.

Several other regional and local drivers are also expected including Ray Cook of Brasstown, North Carolina; Brian Reese of Sharpsburg, Georgia; Chip Brindle of Chatsworth, Georgia; Dusty Carver of Englewood, Tennessee; Skip Arp of Georgetown, Tennessee; Derek Ellis of Chatsworth, Georgia, Jake Knowles of Tyrone, Georgia and Tyler Millwood Kingston, Georgia among others.
