FOUR DRIVERS WILL CLAIM A TEXAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AT LONESTAR OCTOBER 10!

Race fans have been waiting so long for the return of the ground-pounding Sprint Cars to LoneStar Speedway (LSS), that LoneStar Speedway (LSS) is going to double-down and give fans TWO great Sprint Car shows on Saturday October 10th with the running of the Texas State Championships!

The American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Red River Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products competitors will be on hand with a complete program of heats and feature races. LSS is offering up a great competitor purse of $3,000 to win and $300 to start to ASCS teams. Fans can expect superb field of ASCS Sprint Car drivers such as Kade Morton, Shawn Petersen, Joe Wood Jr, Mickey Walker, Chance Morton, Harli White, Charles McManus, Alex Sewell, Brandon Hanks, Andy Shouse, Kevin Ramey, John Carney II, Johnny Herrera, Fred Mattox, Jake Martens; plus a strong contingent of ASCS 'invaders' from the Gulf South and possibly National Series, as they are both scheduled off that night. Again, LSS has prepared an excellent competitor purse for the ASCS Sprint Car teams: $3,000 - 1,500 - 1,000 - 700 - 600 - 500 - 400 - 380 - 360 - 340 - 320 - 320...start. Any non-starters or non-qualifiers will each receive $100.

And for the first time ever, Non-Winged Sprint Cars will take on the LSS high banks! The Elite Non-Wing Sprint Car Series will host their final event of 2015 at LSS on October 10th. Elite Series drivers such as John Ricketts, Johnny Miller, Thomas Johnson, Dustin Gates, Sebie Davis, Robert Vetter, Jeff Day, Michael Day, Steven Elliott, Chris Clark, Michelle Melton, Jeff Day Jr., Charlie McDonald, David Burke, Justin Melton, Carl Large, David Garland, Mitchell Clement, Ryan Hall, Cody Robbins, Josh McCord, Richard Miller, Justin Fifield and Dalton Stevens are possible, as well as several other non-winged drivers from throughout the region. Elite teams will be racing for a solid purse of: $800 - 500 - 400 - 350 - 300 - 250...to start. Any non-starters or non-qualifiers in the feature will receive $200.

But that's just half of the action at LSS on October 10th!

It is also the Texas State Championship for the Factory Stocks and the Limited Modifieds! Each division will be racing for $1,000 to win and $100 to start. Here's the complete breakdown for each division: $1,000 - 500 - 400 - 300 - 260 - 220 - 200 - 180 - 160 - 140 - 120 - 100...to start. Non-starters and non-qualifiers in the Limited Modifieds will each receive $30, while Factory Stock non-starters and non-qualifiers will collect $20.

Additionally, there are no LSS entry fees or track fees due from any of the four racing divisions...just your pit pass gets you in!

Besides the jumbo payday in each of the Texas State Championship divisions, beautiful, custom and Texas-sized trophies will be presented to each winner.

And the best part for the race fans: you can take in all of this action for just $17! Many tracks charge a lot more for an event of this caliber, and we are pleased to offer it at that price to the great LSS fans. Kids ages 6-11 can take in the night of fun for just $5. Seniors and Active Military are $15. All pit passes for all ages are $35.

Mufflers at LoneStar Speedway are not required, so race fans can hear the cars the way nature intended for them to be heard!

-Pits open by 3pm, Grandstands open by 5:30pm, LSS divisions Draw Cut off at 6:30pm sharp, LSS Drivers Meeting at 6:45pm, Track Packing and Hot laps at 7:00pm and Racing to follow immediately after Hot Laps.

-General Admission just $17 (ages 12 to 64)

-Kids (ages 6-11) just $5

-Ages 5 and under admitted free with adult admission

-Active Military or Senior (Ages 65+): General Admission $15

-Upgrade any ticket to the Reserved Section for $5 per person

-All Pit Passes for all ages are $35
