CT Promotions to Once Again Sanction Hangover 40 at 411 Motor Speedway January 1st

SOMERSET, KY (September 13, 2015)—411 Motor Speedway located in Seymour, TN and CT Promotions of Somerset, KY have again reached an agreement to present the Sixth Annual Hangover event on Friday January 1, 2016 which will showcase the Super Late Models competing for $4,000-to-win in a 40-lap feature event.

The New Year’s Day-time event will feature a full show for the Super Late Models, which will run under CT Promotions sanction and a full purse in excess of $17,000. The event will pay at least $450 to each starter of the 22-car field. CT Promotions will utilize the Southern Nationals Series tire, technical and race procedure rules during the event. The tire rule on the fronts will be nothing softer than a 1300 or 44 while the rear tires can be a 1350/1600 or 48/56 only. Bonuses of $200 will again be given to the highest finishing CT525 Engine, 604 Crate Engine and an all Steel/SPEC engine.

“We’re very excited to again work with Mitch, Rick & the entire 411 Motor Speedway staff. We enjoy coming to 411 Motor Speedway with the Series and thought the 2015 event went off great,” stated CT Promotions’ Chris Tilley.

Also, any Late Model driver that was in attendance for the January 1, 2015 event will be given a discounted entry fee if they return for the 2016 event. “Since we had such a big Late Model turnout in January, we wanted to do something to say thanks for coming last year and we thought this would be a good way,” said Tilley.
