Mark Whitener Bags Second Win of 2014 with BRP Triumph

Middleburg, Florida (03/05/14) - Another race and another win for Mark Whitener as he raced to his second $3,000 victory of the season on Saturday night with a triumph at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida).

An eighth to second run in his qualifying heat race locked Whitener into the fifth starting for the main event. Mark drove from his third row starting spot to claim the win in the #58 Big Frog Motorsports/Dave's Towing/B&B Produce/Barry Wright Late Model, while Phillip Cobb, Kyle Bronson, Jake Perkins, and Tyler Clem completed the top five.

"After all the bad luck we had during Speedweeks it feels good to get back in the win column again," said Whitener. "The car was awesome tonight, and I have to thank Big Frog Motorsports and all of our great sponsors."

Mick Sansom Launches New Website; Prepares for Florence

Mick is 37-years-old and is set to begin his seventh year of competition in 2014. He pilots the #20m Sansom Motorsports/ Rocket/Dale Meers Racing Engine Super Late Model. Before moving to the Dirt Late Model ranks Sansom competed in the Go-Kart and Open Wheel Modified ranks.
