12th Annual OKC Trade Show& Auction & Swap Meet Date Set
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – November 17, 2009 - Trade show exhibit spaces are now being reserved for the first major auction/trade show for 2010, to be held on January 23rd, 2010 at the Oklahoma Expo Hall Building #2, located on the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, in Oklahoma City. The 12th Annual Oklahoma City Racers Auction & Trade Show and Swap Meet is an annual tradition which features different racing vendors from across a four state area.
There will also be a consignment day on Friday night, January 22, 2010.Listed below are tidbits you need to know for this exciting event which will see racing items auctioned off, products sold and deals made with off track race stories being told throughout the building.
What: 12th Annual Oklahoma City Racers Auction & Trade Show & Swap Meet
When: Friday, January 22nd (consignment day only) and Saturday, January 23rd (show day)
Where: Oklahoma Expo Hall Building #2 on the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City
Times: Consignment day on Friday is 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Show day Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Consignments: Consignments are wanted but make sure you call early for pre-consignment lot numbers as the Oklahoma show was full last year. "NO BUYERS PREMIUM!"
Trade Show Exhibit Space: Trade show exhibit space is available no matter what racing division you represent. Venders from four different states are expected with space still available.

22nd Annual Kansas Auto Racers Auction and Trade Show Date Set
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – November 17, 2009 - Make plans now to attend the 22nd Annual Kansas Auto Racers Auction and Trade Show on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Kansas Coliseum at Pavilion II Wichita, Kansas. This year’s event will be promoted by veteran Greg Deatherage of Wichita Falls, Texas. Consignments and trade show exhibit spaces are now being reserved for this long-standing event but get yours early to ensure your space.
Consignment days will be Thursday, December 31st, 2009 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Fridays (January 1st, 2010) consignment hours will be 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. The hours for the show and auction on Saturday will be from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. There will also be an Ultimate Race Car Chassis Seminar on Saturday as well. New for this annual event will be a swap meet, which has been a huge success at the Oklahoma City Racers Auction, Trade Show & Swap Meet the past several years.
