NeSMITH/AR BODIES STREET STOCK DIVISION WEEK 13 ROUND UP

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – Week 13 of the 27-week 2015 NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division Presented By AR Bodies season saw point leader Richie Stephens of Salem, AL extend his season record win streak to eight with his 11th win of the season on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway in Hattiesburg, MS.

Driving the Rocketman Race Cars Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine, Stephens went looking for number nine of the streak on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway in Flomaton, AL, but was turned away by his closest rival in the points, Branden Harris of Molino, FL in the Coastal Engine and Machine Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance Circle Track Engine.

Stephens maintains a 19-point lead over Harris in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division point standings, as the season hits the halfway point this coming weekend.  Stephens and Harris were at Flomaton Speedway on Saturday night to tune up for the $1,000-to-win race there this coming Saturday night co-sanctioned by the Mississippi Street Stock Series.

After competing in 12 of the first 13 weeks of the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division season, Stephens leads the standings with 580 points after 11 wins, 14 top five finishes and 15 top ten finishes in 17 races.  Harris is in the second spot with 561 points after five wins, ten top five finishes, and 12 top ten finishes in 13 races over 12 weeks of competition.

Jason Jarrell of Hattiesburg, MS drove the Jarrell Rigged Race Cars Chevrolet powered by the $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a third-place finish on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway to remain third in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 523 points.  Jarrell has seven top five finishes and ten top ten finishes in 13 races over 12 weeks of competition.

Larry Faulk of Monroeville, AL is fourth in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 495 points after one win, seven top five finishes and 12 top ten finishes in 13 races over 11 weeks.  Faulk finished fourth on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway in the Faulk Motorsports Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Bo Bailey of Milton, FL scored a 40-point win on Saturday night in the L&L Construction Services Chevrolet at Southern Raceway in Milton, FL.  Bailey’s best point effort of Week 13 was a 47-point fourth-place effort on Friday night at Northwest Florida Speedway in Baker, FL.  Bailey is fifth in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 493 points after two wins and 11 top five finishes in 12 races over 11 weeks of competition,

Jay Geddie of Ellisville, MS and David Williamson of Seminary, MS are tied for the sixth spot in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 450 points apiece.  Geddie has four top five finishes and ten top ten finishes in 10 races over 10 weeks of competition, and Williamson has seven top five finishes and eight top ten finishes in ten races over ten weeks of competition. 

Geddie finished eighth on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway in the Geddie Tree Service Chevrolet, and Williamson drove the Sauls Farm Ford to a second-place finish in NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division action on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway.

Bubba McGhee of Atmore, AL is eighth in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 439 points after three top five finishes and eight top ten finishes in 11 races over ten weeks of competition.  McGhee finished eighth on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway driving the MEC Trucking Chevrolet.

Kevin Mitchell of Pensacola, FL finished third on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway to move up to the ninth spot in the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 414 points.  Mitchell had one win, five top five finishes, and seven top ten finishes in nine races over nine weeks of competition in the Mitchell Racing Chevrolet.

Cliff Childers of Terry, MS rounds out the Top 10 of the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division standings with 409 points after five top five finishes and nine top ten finishes in nine races over nine weeks of competition.  Childers finished fifth on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway driving the Reed’s Metal Racing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

In other NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division Week 13 action, Stuart Wilson of Milton, FL drove the Wilson Lumber Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to his second win of the season on Friday night at Northwest Florida Speedway. 

Calvin Cook of Pace, FL picked up his second win of the season on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS driving the A&P Welding Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.  The NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division Week 13 race at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL was rained out.
