Junghans Claims NCRA Late Model Belleville Victory!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Belleville, Kansas – July 5, 2014 - Chase Junghans claimed his second straight National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products late model feature atop the big half mile at Belleville High Banks Speedway in Belleville, Kansas Saturday night to wrap up an Independence Day double header for the tour.

Dean Moore and Chase Junghans started on the front row for the twenty lap feature with Junghans going on to claim his third career series victory. Current tour point leader and former three-time series champion Kyle Berck, who started fourth, chased the leader throughout the event but Junghans would hang on for the victory.

Mike Wiarda came home third while fourteenth starting Jeremy Petty came home fourth with Scott Phillips rounding out the top five.

Heat races for the seventeen car field were won by Moore and Junghans.

The next event for the NCRA late model tour will be this coming Saturday night, July 12, at the Junction Motor Speedway in McCool Junction, Nebraska
