Mountain Home, AR - The 71 Racing Team announces a fund-raising event for the American Cancer Society will take place on May 17, 2013, at the North Central Arkansas Speedway in Flippin, AR. The goal for the event is to raise over $3,000 for the American Cancer Society to use in its efforts to find a cure for cancer and increase awareness of the causes of cancer.

Some the activities scheduled for this event include a $1,000 to win Modified race, a raffle of prizes donated by local merchants, and rides in a two-seater Dirt Late Model around the speedway. A highlight of the evening will be a Victory Lap walk around the speedway for cancer survivors, caregivers, and their supporters at intermission. All racecars will be on display around the speedway.
