Wheatland, MO- (September 29th, 2014)- With beautiful warm sunshine throughout the weekend and a packed pit area full of the best sprint cars in the nation, Derek Hagar and Casey Shuman took home the top honors on the final night of the 4th Annual Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial this past Saturday night.
Hagar scored his 2nd ASCS National Tour win of season while Casey wheeled the famed Hockett Racing #77 WAR Sprint Car, affectionately nicknamed "Frankie" into Victory Lane as the huge crowd roared their approval.
Friday night winners included Tim Crawley in the Lucas Oil ASCS A-Main while Wyatt Burks captured the win in the Impact Signs, Awnings, & Wraps WAR Wingless Auto Racing Series A-Main.

Lucas Oil Speedway will be silent this coming Saturday, Oct. 4th as we catch our breath but we will return to action with the final racing weekend of the 2014 Lucas Oil Speedway oval track season on Oct. 10th-11th as the Lucas Oil MLRA and Carson's Corner Napa Factory Stocks team up for the Inaugural ABC 17 MLRA Fall Nationals and Factory Stock Shootout.
Lebanon, Missouri's Tony Jackson Jr. captured his first MLRA Championship in 2013 and is expected to lead the MLRA posse into battle. Other top drivers expected to be in attendance include Chad Simpson, Jeremy Payne, Will Vaught, Ryan Gustin, Terry Phillips, Travis Dickes, Scott Lewis, and more! The Carson's Corner Napa Auto Factory Stocks start things off with a special qualifying session followed by 10-lap qualifying heats for Saturday night's 50-Lap, $2,500 to win main event presented by O'Dell Trucking. The Tri-Lakes RV B-Mods will also be in action running a complete show both nights with both counting for USRA National Points.
