Georgia Boot Partners with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

WAYCROSS, GA (March 21, 2013) - Georgia Boot, a leader in the work footwear market, has partnered with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series as an associate sponsor for 2013. With their current primary sponsorship with Clint Bowyer Racing and driver Steve Francis, Georgia Boot expanded their involvement in the sport by partnering with the premier national touring late model series in the country.

Based in Nelsonville, Ohio, the company manufactures and markets quality work and outdoor footwear and will use the LOLMDS as a platform to increase their brand awareness. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series heads to Indiana on March 23rd for the "16th Annual Indiana Icebreaker". The event will take place at the historic Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN and pay $10,000 to the winner and $800 to start the feature event. Don O'Neal is the defending race champion of the Indiana Icebreaker and will be looking to increase his lead in the national championship points standings. This will mark the first time the series will utilize the new tire rule that was recently announced. Since the announcement the series has received alot of positive feedback from racers once they fully understood the scope of the new rule.
