Great America Takes Over as Primary Sponsor for Chris Ferguson – Aligns with Caples Racing

Mt. Holly, North Carolina (February 5, 2014) – After a successful campaign with the Stout 21 brand in 2013, Chris Ferguson and his Chris Ferguson Motorsports Team will take the lead in introducing the latest product from the Stout Brewing Company – Great America. Great America was designed to put an inspired twist on the ideals of an infamous backwoods alcoholic beverage. In a shine-reminiscent mason jar, Great America is 14% ABV (28 proof) and available in two flavors: Carolina Clear and Apple Pie. Great America is available in several states including South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, and Texas. Great America can be found at Walmart, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Kroger, Kangaroo Express, Casey’s General Stores and at many other convenience and liquor stores in those areas. Great America will also be expanding to several other states in 2014. To learn more about Great America visit www.drinkgreatamerica.com

“Cody and the whole team at Stout Brewing have been such a great partner with Stout 21. We had some very good success helping them introduce that brand to a wider audience and laying a solid foundation for brand recognition in the adult beverage market. And to that end we are proud to work with them again in 2014 as we introduce Great America to an even larger segment of the country. Our plans to follow the National Dirt Racing League schedule will carry us to several new markets where Great America is now or soon will be available. We hope racing our Warrior at events in those areas will really step up the popularity and recognition at the point of sale.” Ferguson said.

Ferguson also announced that his car will once again carry his signature number 22 and that he will be teaming with long-time Sumter, South Carolina car owner Terry Caples and his Caples Racing Team. Caples, who has owned the car of crate racer Donnie Austin around the Carolinas, will travel with Ferguson to all 2014 NDRL events and provide support for the CFM team. In addition Ferguson will also pilot one of Caples’ race cars at select Late Model events around the country. “We drove for Terry a couple of times late in 2013 (Screven and Swainsboro’s year end specials) and had some pretty solid performances. We really hit it off and had a lot of fun together. So we have put together this deal that will help us tremendously with our racing program and our quest for the NDRL title and rookie of the year. I couldn’t be happier to working with Terry and his entire team.” Ferguson added.

Ferguson is also happy to introduce Langley Collision Center in Lancaster, South Carolina as the latest to join CFM as a sponsor. “We have been very blessed to add some key sponsors to our program for 2014. Jeff Langley will join us as a sponsor through his Langley Collision Center and we will in turn be working with helping his son Josh as he begins to race a Warrior Race Car in the crate division at some of the tracks around our home area. Jeff does excellent work and we encourage everyone in the Lancaster, South Carolina area to call Langley Collision for all of their auto body repairs and needs. I am also excited to work with Josh and help him get up to speed in his Warrior. He is great young man and I know he is going to be a quick study.” said Ferguson.

CFM also welcomes back the majority of their 2013 sponsors including X-SAN TV. X-SAN is an internet TV subscription service which features over 100 LIVE and PPV races each year and it is offered with multiple long term packages. These are usually one camera footage events. XSAN2 is our premium motorsports pay per view product that is only available per event. XSAN2 shows are not included in a regular XSAN subscription package. XSAN2 footage is also not available as a replay on the XSAN subscription service. For more information or to order your package today visit www.xsan.tv

Ferguson will once again utilize Warrior Race Cars and Clements Racing Engines in his quest for the $65,000 NDRL Championship and the 2nd year series’ Rookie of the Year title. Ferguson will open up the 2014 NDRL Tour at East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama for the 17th Annual Bama Bash on February 28th through March 1st. The NDRL lid lifter event pays $17,017 to win at the popular southeastern Alabama oval. For more complete information on the National Dirt Racing League check out www.thendrl.com .
