Deep Fried 75 Winners Bonus up for Grabs Nov. 14/15; Payoffs also Announced

SOMERSET, KY (October 12, 2014)—Officials from Duck River (TN) Raceway Park and the Southern Nationals Bonus Series have announced a Winners Bonus for the 3rd Annual Deep Fried 75 which is coming up in the next month. Officials have also released the purses for the mega-event weekend on November 13, 14 and 15.

If a driver finishes in the top-five in any remaining Southern Nationals Bonus Series race which includes the October 24/25 Blue/Gray 100 weekend at Cherokee (SC) Speedway and the 24th Annual Fall Classic Weekend on October 31/November 1 at Ponderosa (KY) Speedway and goes on to win the Deep Fried 75, that driver will receive a $500 bonus on top of the winner’s purse which is $11,000 this season.

In addition to drivers finishing in the top-five of the remaining Southern Nationals Bonus Series races, the track and series has also opened up the door to any driver who finished in the top-five of the 8th Annual Gumbo Nationals at Greenville (MS) Speedway, Magnolia State/Cotton Pickin’ 100 and the upcoming 20th Annual Fall Nationals at Whynot (MS) Motorsports Park can receive that $500 bonus if they win the Deep Fried 75.

The purses are below for the Deep Fried 75 weekend which is in a little over a month at Duck River (TN) Raceway Park. The track will host and open practice on Thursday Night November 13. On Friday Night November 14 the Super Late Models will Qualify and Heat Race along with 20 drivers randomly selected for the Turkey Run 20 which will pay $1,000 to the winner. Some lucky fans will pull out 20 drivers’ names to compete in this 20-lap special event on Friday Night. Saturday Night’s action concludes with Last Chance Races, the 75-lap $11,000-to-win Deep Fried 75 main and a $300-to-win Non-Qualifiers Race.

The 2-Barrel Late Models will also compete for $1,500 in winners purses during the Deep Fried 75 weekend while the Crate Late Models will race for $1,500 as well. Other support classes will also compete.
