Accolade List Grows for Jay Dickens Customers

Aberdeen, MS (05/22/13) – Feature wins, track records, and podium finishes have all been added to the resumed of Jay Dickens Racing Engines (JDRE) clients over the past two weeks.

Mike Boland started the party by piloting a Shep Lucas #57 Trak-Star/JDRE-powered Super Late Model to a new track record at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday, May 11th with a 13.22 second lap around the 1/4 mile bullring!

After seeing Boland set a new track record fellow Jay Dickens customer, Rick Rickman, raced to the feature win in his #86 Rickman Trucking/Mastersbilt Super Late Model, while his brother, Brian Rickman finished second in his own #90 Rickman Trucking Super Late Model.

Tony Silvestri continued the JDRE domination of Columbus Speedway with back-to-back feature wins in the Street Stock division on May 11th and May 18th in his pick-up truck entry.

Jeff Rine once again raced his #2J Super Late Model with Jay Dickens Racing Engine power to the feature win at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Saturday, May 11th.

Grayson, Kentucky's Jack Boggs powered his #4b Super Late Model to the feature win on May 11th at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) with Jay Dickens power.

May 18th saw several JDRE racers scoring runner-up finishes with Bub McCool registering a second place finish in Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Model action at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi), while Ray Cook finished second with the Southern All Star (SAS) Super Late Model tour at Cleveland Speedway (Cleveland, Tennessee). Jackie Boggs contributed a second place finish to the list of accolades as well.
