County Line Raceway's Race for the Kids ULTIMATE Season Finale November 13th & 14th

Elm City, North Carolina (November 7, 2015) - The ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series is set to conclude their 2015 racing season during the 7th Annual Race for the Kids at County Line Raceway in Elm City, North Carolina this coming Friday and Saturday, November 13th and 14th. The event which benefits Victory Junction will pay $10,000 to win the 50-lap feature at the 3/8ths of a mile oval in Eastern North Carolina. "The Race for the Kids is always one of our favorite events of the year. The format allows us a little bit of downtime and an opportunity to spend some fellowship time with the teams and fans. It is a little bit of a throwback feel. County Line is a great track that has some of the best fans around. So we know going in that we will have a good weekend of racing. The changes that they made to the track configuration earlier this year has really improved the quality of the racing too. It will be an exciting and enjoyable weekend. We hope that folks will pack the place and enjoy themselves." said ULTIMATE Series Director Kelley Carlton.

Casey Roberts of Toccoa, Georgia won the 2013 and 2014 Race for the Kids and will look to make it 3 in a row while he secures his 3rd ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series championship by entering the event. But Roberts will face stiff opposition from teams from all over the southeast and beyond. One driver who will look to end Roberts' streak is Dustin Mitchell of Pine Level, North Carolina. Mitchell, who will also become the ULTIMATE Series DirtonDirt.com Rookie of the Year, has also found much success in Late Model competition at County Line Raceway. "We have run a lot at County Line and we have won quite a few there too. I am happy to be racing at home for our last ULTIMATE event of the year. This year we have been racing at a lot of new tracks or some that we had only been to once or twice. So I feel like we have a great shot at getting our first ULTIMATE win at County Line." Mitchell explained.

The 7th Annual Race for the Kids will feature M&W Transport Haulin' It Time Trials and heat races on Friday night, November 13th. And the weekend will conclude with last chance races and the 50-lap feature on Saturday, November 14th. The ULTIMATE Supers will utilize their standard tire rule which will allow the Hoosier 1350, 1450 and 1600 or the American Racer 48, 53 and 56 compounds. ANY 70 is also allowed as a right rear-only option. In addition to the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series the card will also include Open Wheel Modifieds along with an Enduro race and a Chain Race.
