Columbus Speedway Set for $1,000-To-Win Street Stock Shootout on $1 Night

Columbus, Mississippi (05/30/13) - Columbus Speedway will continue their 2013 season this Saturday, June 1st with a program that will be headlined by the ground-pounding Street Stock division battling for $1,000-to-win and $50-to-start on a night where grandstand admission will ONLY be $1!

Street Stocks never fail to put on a great show at the Baddest Bullring in the South, and this Saturday night they will take center stage in a big program that will culminate with a $1,000-to-win feature. One lap qualifying will set the heat race line ups, and the entry fee is $20.

Also in action will be Super Late Models, Late Model Stocks/Crate Late Models, and Mini Stocks. The Late Model Stock/Crate Late Model division will also see line ups determined by time trials as they battle for a guaranteed purse of $600-to-win or $800-to-win with twenty or more entries.

Parents make sure to bring your kid's bikes and Power Wheels as there will be races on the track at intermission for all age groups!

Best of all grandstand admission is only $1! Pit admission is $25 for adults with ages 6 & under free.

The pit gate and grandstands gate opens at 3pm with the driver's meeting slated for 6:30pm and racing action at 7:30pm. Grandstand gates open at 5pm.
