Billy Moyer Jr. Welcomes Crop Production Services Back for ‘16
Batesville, Arkansas (12/07/15) – Billy Moyer Jr. is proud to announce that Crop Production Services will return as the principal sponsor on his #21jr Victory Chassis/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model in 2016.
“I’m very thankful to have Crop Production Services (CPS) returning as a major sponsor for the 2016 season,” Moyer Jr. said on Monday afternoon. “Steve Martin and everyone at CPS does so much to support not only my program, but dirt track racing in general. Without their support I know that I couldn’t race at this level.”

Billy recently put a wrap on the 2015 campaign, which included nine wins. He’s now busily preparing for the 2016 season, which will open on January 9th-17th with a trip to USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) for the 10th Annual Wild West Shootout. Mark Whitener Ends Year with $5,000 Weekend

Middleburg, Florida (12/07/15) – Mark Whitener ended his 2015 campaign on a high note in his Big Frog Motorsports #58 Dave’s Towing/Integra/Rocket Late Model by sweeping a pair of victories in his home state to pocket $5,000 in winnings.

Big Frog Motorsports headed to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) on Friday night for the unsanctioned, Florida State Late Model Championships. With fifteen entries on hand Whitener captured a heat race win, positioning him with a second-row, starting spot for the main event. Battling with Kyle Bronson for the $2,000 top prize in the feature, Mark worked his way to the front by the end of the 35-lapper. The triumph marked the ninth of the 2015 season for Mark Whitener. He was trailed by Bronson across the finish line.

The following night brought Mark to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida) to compete against a field of thirteen entries. Recording the quickest time in qualifying, Whitener earned the pole-position, starting spot for the A-Main with Tyler Clem starting alongside. With $3,000 on the line, Mark Whitener dominated the 40-lap finale to claim his tenth victory of the 2015 season.

“We definitely had some rough patches late in the year, where we couldn’t seem to catch a break,” said Whitener. “However, to end the year with a couple of wins definitely gives us a shot in the arm as we prepare for 2016.”

13-Year-Old, Tyler Clem Claims BRP Late Model Track Title

St. Petersburg, Florida (12/07/15) – 13-year-old, Tyler Clem concluded a great season over the weekend in his Vahlco Wheels #14 Bubba Army/Rocket Late Model by claiming the track championship at Bubba Raceway Park.

Action opened on Friday evening at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida), where the Florida State Late Model Championship was held. Clem started his outing in the $2,000-to-win event by finishing 2nd in his heat race to lock into the 4th starting spot for the finale. He would go on to finish 5th in the feature, which clinched the BRP Late Model Track Championship for the talented young driver.

Tyler also competed in the $1,000-to-win, Modified event. He finished 2nd in his heat race to earn the 2nd starting spot for the feature. Unfortunately he suffered a flat tire on the first lap. Saturday night took Tyler to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida) to take part in a $3,000-to-win, Late Model event. After qualifying 2nd fastest in time trials, Clem started alongside Mark Whitener for the 40-lap feature. Mechanical woes plagued Tyler early in the feature as he lost his breaks on lap 10.
