After months of preparations to Fayetteville Motor Speedway, the good Mother Nature decided to make the Carolina Clash faithful wait a little while longer to run the "Ed Gibbons Memorial Race" as abundant rain and thunderstorm activity washed out plans to hold this event on March 24. A massive storm system wreaked havoc in areas all throughout both Carolinas over the weekend, forcing cancellation and postponement to nearly all dirt track events everywhere.

The race will be rescheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2012.

Fayetteville Motor Speedway is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina off Interstate 95 at Exit 44 @ Claude Lee Rd. Follow the signs around to Doc Bennett Rd., then to the speedway!
