COMP Cams Super Dirt Series Two State Weekend on Tap

Beebe, Arkansas (07/20/15) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil resumes the 2015 season this weekend, July 24th-25th with a pair of events in Mississippi and Tennessee. The tour will visit Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Friday evening and Camden Speedway (Camden, Tennessee) on Saturday night.

Greenbrier, Arkansas driver, Jack Sullivan continues to reside atop the series standings with a 37 marker leader over his nearest pursuer as he seeks his first series title. Robert Baker, Kyle Beard, Clay Fisher, Shannon Scott, Chandler Petty, Tommy Surrett, Gavin Landers, BJ Robinson, and David Payne complete the current top ten in points.

Gavin Landers leads the way in the Kuntz & Co. Rookie of the Year battle with Hunter Rasdon and Casey Findley in pursuit.

Friday night will mark the second appearance of the season for the tour at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi). Bub McCool claimed the CCSDS victory at the facility earlier this year, and will be on hand as he looks to score yet another victory. The program will be headlined by a $2,000-to-win/$300-to-start feature. NeSmith Crate Late Models and Street Stocks will be a part of the program. Saturday evening takes the tour to Camden Speedway (Camden, Tennessee) for their lone appearance of 2015 at the 3/8 mile oval. Billy Moyer Jr. topped the series stop at the facility in 2014. A $2,000-to-win/$400-to-start event is scheduled. The NeSmith Crate Late Models, E-Mods, Hobbys, Street Modifieds, Pure Streets, Mini Mods, and Hummers will be in action as well.
