More Money Added to 5th Annual Rockabilly 45 at I-30 Speedway

Beebe, Arkansas (06/02/15) – A trio of supporters have stepped up to add money to this weekend’s 5th Annual Rockabilly 45 at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas), which will be sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil.

Tracey Clay with I-30 Speedway, Chris Sullivan with Central Arkansas Pest Services, Joe Clay Jr. with Dixon Road U-Pull-It, and Chris Ellis with the CCSDS have added money to both night’s programs. Friday night will now see a first place increase of $500 to make the winner’s share $2,000-to-win. The start money on Friday evening will be $300. In addition, Saturday night’s $3,000-to-win, feature event has seen a purse increase to $400-to-start.

In addition Dixon Road U-Pull-It has posted a $500 bonus if a driver can win both features and the Allen Manufacturing Dash.

“We really want to see this event grow over the coming years, so we decided to spur the growth by adding money to this weekend’s event,” noted CCSDS CEO, Chris Ellis.

Friday night will see a complete program contested that will culminate with the Boston’s Sports Bar & Restaurant 30, which will pay $2,000-to-win/$300-to-start. The top four finishers in the finale will lock into Saturday night’s finale.

Saturday’s program will see the balance of the field competing in a complete program as they try to earn a starting spot in the 45 lap finale. The top four finishers from Friday’s program will compete in the Allen Manufacturing Dash, which will determine the starting order for the front two rows in the finale. A $600 total purse will be on the line for the dash. The evening will be headlined by the Central Arkansas Pest Services Rockabilly 45, which posts a $3,000-to-win/$400-to-start purse.
