Bad Boy 98 Washed Away for COMP Cams Super Dirt Series

Beebe, Arkansas (04/15/15) – Relentless rain with a forecast of more to come has forced the cancellation of this weekend’s Bad Boy 98 at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas). The event which was slated to be co-sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) will not be rescheduled.

“This rainy weather is getting old in a hurry, but what can you do,” said CCSDS CEO, Chris Ellis. “We were really excited to finally open our season this weekend, but Mother Nature had different ideas, so now we’ll look ahead to May and hope for dry weather.”

The CCSDS will now lift the lid on 2015 with an early-May doubleheader in Arkansas and Louisiana. On Friday, May 1st a $2,000-to-win event will be held at Diamond Park Speedway (Nashville, Arkansas), and on Saturday, May 2nd a $2,000-to-win affair will be contested at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana).
