Mark Burch Motorsports Fields a 410 for Lasoski to Challenge Outlaws

Inside Line Promotions - LINCOLN, Neb. (May 9, 2013) - The poking and prodding worked for Danny Lasoski.

After a successful partnership with Mark Burch Motorsports with 360ci sprint cars the past couple of seasons, Mark Burch is putting a 410ci engine in this weekend for the first time with Lasoski as the pilot.
"I kept talking it up," Lasoski joked. "I think what really sealed the deal is there are a lot of races in the Midwest he couldn't go to because he didn't have a 410. I'm just glad he got a 410."

The first plan of action is to attack the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series at the FVP Outlaws at Elko on Friday at Elko Speedway in Elko, Minn., and Saturday at the Mediacom Shootout hosted by Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa.

"We've had success from the time I've gotten in his car in the 360s," Lasoski said. "I'm really looking forward to the opportunity. Mark works really hard with his business and he works really hard for his race team."

While Lasoski, the 2001 World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion, will join the premier sprint car series on its inaugural visit to Elko Speedway, Saturday's event will be a return to home. Lasoski has 98 career feature victories at the famed half mile, including four Knoxville Nationals wins and eight in World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series action.

"We're going to win," he said. "We're not going to run second. We're going to show up and try to win the race."
