Appliance Zone to Sponsor World 100 Pre-Race Show and Fast Time Award

CORYDON, IN (September 1, 2010) - ApplianceZone.com is pleased to announce they have signed on as the title sponsor of the World 100 Pre-Race Show at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH and the title sponsor of the Appliance Zone Fast Time Award for the World 100 weekend September 10-11, 2010. The Appliance Zone Fast Time Award for the World 100 will award the fastest qualifier of the event a $500 cash award and a drum of fuel from Sunoco Race Fuels and Bazell Race Fuels. The second fastest qualifier will also receive one (1) drum of Sunoco Race Fuel compliments of Bazell Race Fuels. A special Appliance Zone Fast Time Award presentation will take place on Saturday September 11th just before the start of the heat races for the World 100.

The Appliance Zone World 100 Pre-Race Show will take place on Friday September 10th from 20in at the Appliance Zone stage just outside the turn four vendor area right behind the suites outside of turn three and four. Fans can gather around the Appliance Zone stage to get an up close look and listen to some of the sports top dirt late model drivers talk about the biggest event of the year and what it takes to master Eldora Speedway.

The Appliance Zone World 100 Pre-Race show will be live at the track for fans to attend and video taped by the popular dirt late model website www.dirtondirt.com. The video coverage of the Appliance Zone Pre-Race Show will be FREE to access on the website www.dirtondirt.com and archived to view on demand for fans that cannot attend the event. James Essex and Ben Shelton will host the pre-race show interviewing numerous dirt late model drivers to discuss their strategies and preparations for the World 100. The Appliance Zone World 100 Pre-Race show video coverage will be available online at www.dirtondirt.com on Saturday morning September 11th.

Numerous prizes will be given away to fans attending the Appliance Zone World 100 Pre-Race Show including T-Shirts, Hats, Can Coozies, and other misc items including possibly some driver door panels. In addition Appliance Zone will have a booth set up near the Appliance Zone World 100 Pre-Race Show stage for fans to vote all weekend for the favorite driver competing in the Appliance Zone Sponsorship contest on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Appliance Zone is awarding one driver a $70,000 cash sponsorship for the 2011 racing season to compete on the Lucas Oil Series in 2011.

The contest includes fan voting and any fan that votes at the Appliance Zone booth during the World 100 weekend will get a free raffle ticket for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) special Appliance Zone Gift Prize Packages to be given away at Eldora Speedway on Saturday September 11th.
