BODY
A. Any 1948 or newer sedan or coupe, minimum cutting for tires and air filter
b. Stock wheel base
c. Stock bumpers in stock location. Bumpers may be cut slightly, but no sharp edges
d. Must have wrecker loops on front and rear of car
e. All doors must be welded or bolted shut
f. All glass must be removed.
g. Racing seat with approved shoulder harness required
h. 4 post roll cage welded to the frame with 3 or more bars in the driver door. All bars must be 1 5/8” or larger
j. Unibodies can be tied together
k. Car must be strictly stock appearing, including firewall. Minimum cutting allowed for tires and air filter
l. Plastic ground effects are permitted
m. Pedals must be in stock location
n. Battery must be relocated and strapped securely in battery box in cockpit or trunk
o. If enclosed cockpit, top deck lid of cockpit must not exceed beyond rear of Driver’s seat

ENGINE
a. Any small block Chevy up to 350 +.060 over bore. 
   Any small block Ford up to 351+.060 bore.
   Any Chrysler up to 360+ .060 over bore.
b. Must pull 17" vacuum at 1000 rpm by track gauge.
c. Any flat top or dish pistons allowed not to exceed deck height
d. Stock rods, crank, heads, rocker arms, carb., stock type ignition, and block from the manufacturer
e.  No porting and polishing at all
f. Cam maximum lift "450 with .010" tolerance.cam will be checked at the valve
g.. 005 feeler gauge will be used to check for solid lift cams
h. Intake must have stock casting. No high rises. No marine intakes or spacers. Professional product (cyclone) & Eldabrock Performer Dual plane intakes only.
i. Bigger valves and springs may be installed
k. No solid lift or roller cams or lifters
l. Stock fuel pump in stock location only
m. Screw in studs and guide plates are allowed
n. Carburator:2 barrel holley #4412 or 1 Quadra jet or rodchester (not to exceed 750 cfm)
o. No aluminum heads or bowtie blocks allowed. Vortec heads are allowed casting's #906 & 062 OEM ONLY!
p. Can have after market pulleys
q. Engine must be in stock location

TIRES AND WHEELS
a. IMCA Tires OK, Must be stamped IMCA. American Racer KK704 G60. DOT Towel City racing retread other racing tires allowed. Can run DOT 60 series tires no wider than 10". Adurometer 60 or harder by trach guage.
b. 10" steel wheels permitted.
c. Beadlocks allowed on right rear only.

SUSPENSION
a. Shocks and springs must stay in stock location
b. Racing springs and shocks permitted. No weight jacks allowed or adjustable shackles
c. Wheels may be reinforced to prevent loss. Plating, washers, or double nuts        recommended
d. 9" ford rear end permitted. No quick change or 3/4 ton rear ends allowed
e. Quick steers allowed
f. Stock steering box & steering assembly for that make of car after market pump allowed
 
Transmission  
a.  Standard Transmission. Must have all gears.  Automatic Transmission must have Stock     Torque Converter.      
b. Standard Transmission must run blow proof bell housing or scatter shield. 
c.4 wheel brakes required. Disc Brakes allowed.
