2010 Moulton Speedway Outlaw Street Rules  

General
- Minimum weight 3000 lbs (10 or 12 steel wheels )
- Clip Frames are allowed and must weigh 3,200 lb (50 lbs. must be in front of flywheel)
- 10",12", or 14" aluminum wheels must weight must add 50 lbs.
- Aluminum bodies must add 50 lbs    
example:  (1)  Aluminum Wheels and Body 3100 lb                                                      
(2)  Clip Frame, aluminum wheels and body 3300 lb.     

Body
1. Any 1948 or newer sedan or coupe
2. Stock wheel base for that car (Clip car minimum of 103 inches)
3. Unibodies may be tied together
4. Hoods will be pinned                                                                                                      
5. Car bodies must be stock appearing. If you run a sheetmetal body made of steel ok. If running aluminum bodies must add 50 lbs                                                                                
6. After market bodies must completely enclose back end (between decklid & rear bumper; fender to fender)             
7. The rear of the car must measure no more than 42" from the ground to the top of the spoiler
8. Battery must be relocated and strapped securely in battery box in cockpit or trunk

Chassis
1. Racing springs and shock permitted
2. No coil overs or coil over simulators allowed
3. No 4 bars or swing arm chassis allowed. No j-bars
4. Large ball joints can be installed
5. 9" floater rearends allowed
6. No quick change rearends
7. Tubular top a-arm are allowed                                                                                              8. No traction control devices allowed
9. Sliders on rear Ok 

Engines
1.  Any small block Chevy up to 350 +.060 over bore. 
     Any small block Ford up to 351+.060 bore.
     Any Chrysler up to 360+ .060 over bore.
2. Any 5.7 or 6.0 steel rod
3. Engine Set back plus + or minus – 1 inch
4. Any hydraulic or solid lift cam no roller or mushroom cams
5. Roller tip or full roller rocker arms permitted
6. Do not grind off numbers
7. Any 350 crank with stock stroke (3,48)counter weight must be stock appearing
8. Balancing is permitted
9. No magnetos msd permitted
10. Stud girdles allowed
11. No aluminum heads

Transmission
1. Any transmission with at least one forward and one reverse
2. No direct drives

Carburetor
1. One 2bbl or one 4bbl not to exceed 750 cfm no predators
2. No alcohol (gas only)
3. Manual fuel pump only
4. Any intake

Tires and Wheels
1. Wide 5 hubs are permitted
2.11"tire width maximum
3. D55 or MD56 or harder
4. All tires must check 60 or higher at anytime
5. Bead locks permitted
