BODY
a. Strictly stock. Any 2 or 4 door foreign or domestic vehicle with 90” to 105” maximum wheel base. Front wheel drives ok. Must have safe roll cage. May run enclosed cockpit.
b. Stock bumpers in stock location. Bumpers may be cut slightly, but no sharp edges. Tube bumper replacement ok if in stock location. (No “cow catchers” allowed)
c. Must have wrecker attachments on front and rear of car
d. All doors must be welded or bolted shut
e. All glass must be removed
f. Racing seat with approved shoulder harness required
g. 4 post roll cage welded to the frame with 3 or more bars in the driver door. All bars must be 1 5/8” or larger
h. No sheet metal bodies, plastic aftermarket replacement nose and tail ok. Must have firewall and floor pan. Trunk may be hulled for fuel cell. Steel frame.
i. Car must be strictly stock appearing. Minimum cutting allowed for tires and air filter
j. Plastic ground effects are permitted
k. Pedals must be in stock location
l. Battery must be relocated and strapped securely in battery box in cockpit or trunk
m. If enclosed cockpit, top deck lid of cockpit must not exceed beyond rear of Driver’s seat

ENGINE
a. 4 cylinders only.
b. Must pull 18" vacuum at 1000 rpm by track gauge
c. Stock rods, crank, heads, stroke, intake and block (any overbore) No turbos
d. Degree pulley OK
e. No porting and polishing at all
f.  Max. size is 2500cc
g. Stock fuel pump in stock location only
h. Any 2 barrel carburetor or 2 barrel holley 350 cfm max. May run 500 cfm 2 barrel with addition of 25 lbs. Gas only
i. Max. 1” adapter spacer maybe run
j. Electric fuel pump maybe used on blocks with no fuel hole. You MUST run a safety cut off switch
k. Engine must be in stock location
l. Factory fuel tank can not be utilized.
m. Factory fuel injection systems allowed (under experimental conditions)

TIRES AND WHEELS
a. DOT street tires or DOT Towel City retreads on pulling axle of car. Racing tires or DOT Towel city retreads on other axle ok. Max width 8”
b.8" steel wheels max.
c. No beadlocks allowed
d. All tires must punch 60 hardness

SUSPENSION
a. Shocks and springs must stay in stock location
b. No coil overs, no wedge bolts, no adjustable suspension
c. Wheels may be reinforced to prevent loss. Plating, washers, or double nuts        recommened
d. Stock steering box and power steering pump for that make of car. No quick steer. May have removable steer wheel
 
Transmission and Rear End
a.  Standard Transmission must have all gears. 
    Automatic Transmission must have Stock Torque Converter. 
b. Must have stock Flywheel, Pressure Plate and Clutch.  No aluminum flywheels  
c. Blow proof bell housing or scatter shield suggested but not required. 
d. Rear end maybe locked.

WEIGHT
2100 lbs Minimum after race or 1 lb. per cc, must claim total cc. Weights MUST be posted on the car above the driver window or hood. In plain sight of scale person
NOTE: Must include weight penalty of 25lbs. for 500 cfm carb. IF NOT POSTED this can be a disqualifying rule infraction.
