November 14th, 2009 - On Saturday night, the team took part in the Turkey Rumble 50, which posted a $5,000 top prize for Super Late Models at Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee. Tony started 18th in the feature on a fast race track, which made passing difficult early in the event. He would advance to a 12th place finish by the time that the checkered flag dropped.

November 13th, 2009 - Tony was in action in the $4,000 to win, Southern All Star Super Late Model event on Friday night at Screven Motor Speedway in Screven, Georgia. With 32 Super Late Models on hand, Knowles qualified 5th fastest to lock into the 5th starting spot for the main event. By lap 15, he had battled his way to the lead against a stout field of competitors, but a few laps later disaster would strike when a lapped car spun him out. Knowles went to the back of the pack and battled his way back to a 5th place finish in the last half of the event.

November 7th, 2009 - TKR traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi for the $15,000 to win/$1,000 to start, Cotton Pickin' 100. With sixty Super Late Models in action, Tony qualified fastest in his group to earn the pole starting position for his heat race. Knowles would battle to a third place finish to earn the 14th starting position for the 100 lap feature. He would battle around midpack in the feature before settling for a 15th place finish by the time that the checkered flag dropped on the event.

October 30th, 2009 - Tony entered the first night of the Nascar weekend at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama on Friday night. With $2,000 on the line forty-four cars entered the event, and Knowles locked into the tenth starting position for the main event via time trials. He would go on to record an eighth place finish in the feature.

October 29th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports was in action at the Road To Dega 50 at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama on Thursday night in a $5,000 to win, Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Model event. With 51 Super Late Models signed in for battle Tony set fast time in his group in qualifications to earn the fifth starting spot for the 50 lap feature event. Early in the event, he would work his way up to the second positoin behind race leader, Ray Cook. Shortly after the race's midway point, Knowles fell back to third as his teammate, Shane Clanton slipped by for the second spot. Tony would go on to record a third place finish behind race winner, Ray Cook, and Shane Clanton.

October 24th, 2009 - Tony entered the 1st Annual Fall Championship on Saturday night at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia. Knowles qualified fastest in time trials to earn the pole position for the main event. In the feature, Tony would rocket to the lead at the drop of the green flag and went on to lead all 30 laps en route to the $2,000 victory! The win marked his fifth triumph of the 2009 season.

October 18th, 2009 - After having the Fall Championship at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia scheduled for Saturday night, October 17th postponed a week due to Mother Nature, Tony piloted #441 Gary Cunningham Motorsports Car in the O'Reilly Southern All Stars event at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, Georgia on Sunday. Knowles would qualify for the feature event via his heat qualifier, but was disqualified at the scales for being light. As a result, he had to utilize a provisional to start at the back of the feature. He would advance to a 14th place finish in the $5,000 to win event.

October 11th, 2009 - Tony entered the final night of the Lucas Oil Late Model Series Triple Header weekend on Sunday night in the Rome Showdown 50 at Rome Speedway in Rome, Georgia. With 41 Super Late Models in action, Knowles recorded a 5th place finish in his heat race, which was one spot short of a transfer to the feature event. As a result, Tony started on the front row of one of the twin b-main events, and went on to claim a second place finish, which earned him the 19th starting position for the 50 lap feature event.

Early in the feature, Tony would duck into the hot pit during a caution period to have a few changes made on his mount. He would rejoin the back of the pack before charging to a 12th place finish at the checkered flag.

October 10th, 2009 - After losing the Lucas Oil Late Model Series event to rain on Friday night at Talladega Short Track at Eastaboga, Alabama, Tony traveled to Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Alabama for another $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Series event. With 46 cars on hand, Tony picked up the win in the third heat race to earn the third starting position for the 50 lap feature. Knowles would battle in the top five for most of the event before seeing his luck go south late in the event as a flat right rear tire forced him pitside to a 19th place finish.

October 8th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports competed in the Tarheel 50 on Thursday night at Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee. With 28 Super Late Models in action, the night got off to a slow start for Knowles, who finished 5th in his qualifier to earn the 22nd starting spot in the 40 lap feature. Tony would charge from his starting spot deep in the field to record a 12th place finish.

October 3rd, 2009 - Tony entered the Triple 20's on Saturday night at Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee. TKR Motorsports would have a tough night as Knowles qualified 8th in time trials to earn the 8th starting position in the first feature. Early in the event, Tony would have a flat tire and would have to go to the back of the pack. He would advance to a 12th place finish.

Knowles would go on to record an 8th place finish in the second race and a 10th place finish in the third feature.

September 27th, 2009 - Tony returned to Columbus Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi over the weekend for the 20th Annual Magnolia State 100. The event boasted a $20,009 to win/$1,000 to start purse and drew a field of 69 Super Late Models. Tony got behind the eight ball in qualifying as he earned the sixth starting spot for his fifteen lap heat race. He would pick off a pair of cars during the course of the event to advance to a fourth place finish, which was one spot short of a transfer to the feature event. As a result, Knowles was forced to run a b-main event where he started in the second position. With Saturday night's event being delayed to Sunday afternoon due to rain, Tony ran his b-main in typical, daytime conditions, which saw him earn the second and final transfer to the feature event. After starting 24th in the feature, Knowles would advance to a 14th place finish in the 100 lap event.

September 12th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports entered the 39th Annual World 100 over the weekend at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. With 172 entries on hand, Tony qualified 87th fastest to earn the 15th starting spot in his heat race. Knowles would manage to advance to a 12th place finish in heat race action, which left him short of a transfer to a b-main event, and his weekend came to an early end.

September 7th, 2009 - Tony entered the Oil Region Classic on Saturday and Sunday, which featured two separate Super Late Model events for the World of Outlaw Super Late Models at Tri City Speedway in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Knowles would find the going to be rough each night. On Saturday night, he qualified 37th fastest, which pinned him with a starting spot deep in a heat race. He would only advance a few spots, which left him starting deep in a b-main, where he failed to earn a transfer spot bringing his night to an early end.

On Saturday night, TKR Motorsports started over with a fresh show at Tri City Speedway, but once again the team would find itself behind the eight ball early in the night as Tony struggled in qualifying on the large track. He would finish deep in his heat race and would go onto record a 7th place finish in the b-main event, but with only the top three cars transferring his night came to an early end.

September 3rd, 2009 - TKR Motorsports spent much of Wednesday night at Brewerton Speedway in Brewerton, New York behind the eight ball. In time trials Tony qualified 27th fastest of the 31 entries on hand, which resulted in him starting 9th in his heat race. He would advance to a sixth place finish, but with only the top six cars transferring to the feature, he was forced to a b-main event. In the b-main he claimed the fourth and final transfer spot to earn the 22nd starting spot in the feature. Tony would make a few laps in the feature before retiring early from the event to save his equipment. He was credited with a 23rd place finish.

September 2nd, 2009 - Tony competed tonight at Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania with the World of Outlaws Super Late Models in an event that was rained out two weeks ago after Tony had locked into the feature. In the feature, redraw Knowles drew the 7th starting position for the main event. He would fight an ill-handling car in the feature to ultimately record a 12th place finish.

August 29th, 2009 - After losing Friday night's World of Outlaw Late Model event at Fayetteville Motor Speedway in Fayetteville, North Carolina to rain, TKR Motorsports entered the $10,000 to win World of Outlaw Late Model Series event on Saturday night at Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Georgia. Tony would qualify 22nd fastest of the 36 entries on hand, but mechanical woes in his heat race would force him pitside. He would start at the back of a b-main event, but was unable to make up any ground and fell short of qualifying for the feature event.

August 24th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports entered the $10,000 to win World of Outlaw Late Model Series event at Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania on Sunday night. After qualifying sixth fastest overall in the 46 car field, Tony finished second in his heat race to earn a spot in the feature redraw. Unfortunately, torrential rains set in before the feature could be run, forcing the event to be rescheduled for September 1st.

August 23rd, 2009 - Tony entered the Buckeye 100 on Friday and Saturday at KC Raceway in Chilicothe, Ohio. The event got off to a good start for Knowles as he qualified 11th fastest of the 43 entries on hand. However, things would go downhill from there as a broken axle relegated him to a finish at the back of his heat race. Via his heat race difficulties he was forced to start deep in a b-main event, and was unable to tranfer to the 100 lap feature event.

August 21st, 2009 - Tony competed tonight at Muskingum County Raceway in Zanesville, Ohio with the World of Outlaw Super Late Models. Tony would qualify thirteenth fastest of the 41 entries on hand in time trials. He would go on to finish third in his heat race to earn the ninth starting position for the 40 lap main event. In the feature he would race his way to a solid 12th place finish.

August 16th, 2009 - Tony entered the Keith Hayes Tribute Event on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama. The event featured triple 20 lap features for the Super Late Model division and drew thirty-three competitors. In the first feature, Tony qualified on the pole and battled at the front of the pack before registering a third place finish. In the second, 20 lap event, Tony raced his way to another third place finish. The third and final feature saw Knowles start 6th in the feature and finish in the 5th position.

August 8th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports entered the North/South 100 over the weekend at Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The $50,000 to win event, was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil late Model Series and drew 78 entries to the 1/2 mile oval. Tony would struggle in Friday's time trials, which pinned him behind the eight ball for Saturday's events. After starting deep in his heat race and b-main, Tony would fail to qualify for the main event, bringing his weekend to an early end.

August 2nd, 2009 - Tony had a great night on Saturday night in a Weekly Racing Series Event at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia. After qualifying second fastest overall in time trials, an inversion was drew that pinned Knowles with the fifth starting position for the feature event. He would rocket to the second position at the drop of the green flag, and would pursue the leader for the next twenty six laps before taking control on lap 27 and never looking back en route to the win, which was his fourth of the 2009 season!

July 26th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports made the last minute decision to compete in the $3,000 to win Super Late Model Championship on Sunday night at Rome Speedway in Rome, Georgia. After qualifying in the fourth starting position in the feature, Tony was running in the fourth position early in the race when distributor problems forced him to retire.

July 25th, 2009 - Tony wrapped up the 2009 Southern Nationals on Saturday night at Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee with the tenth and final round of the tour. Twenty-eight Super Late Models turned out for the event, and after finishing third in his qualifier, Knowles started 16th in the 53 lap feature. He would advance to a tenth place finish by the time that the checkered flag fell, and finished the series in the fourth position in the final point's standings.

July 24th, 2009 - Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee was the scene of Round #9 of the Southern Nationals. After finishing 4th in his qualifier, Tony earned the 21st starting spot for the 53 lap feature event. He would advance to a 15th place finish by the time that the checkered flag fell. The $5,300 to win event drew a field of 42 competitors.

July 23rd, 2009 - After winning his b-main and starting 13th in the feature event, Tony picked up a 15th place finish in Round #8 of the Southern Nationals at Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee tonight. Thirty-four cars were on hand for the $3,500 to win event.

July 21st, 2009 - Round #7 of the Southern Nationals was on tap tonight at Crossville Speedway in Crossville, Tennessee. Thirty Super Late Models signed in for the event, and Tony locked into the 10th starting spot for the feature via time trials. In the main event, the track would lock down to one groove, but Knowles would manage to advance to an 8th place finish.

July 20th, 2009 - Tony entered Round #6 of the Southern Nationals tonight at Fort Payne Motor Speedway in Fort Payne, Alabama. With 41 Super Late Models on hand, Tony set fast time in qualifications, earning him the pole position for the 35 lap feature. He would take control of the lead at the drop of the green flag and went on to take his first ever Southern Nationals win over his cousin Jake Knowles to the tune of $3,500! The victory was his third of the 2009 campaign.

July 18th, 2009 - Round #5 of the Southern Nationals was on tap tonight at Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Georgia. Tony would win his b-main qualifier to earn the 13th starting position for the 53 lap feature. He would ultimately battle his way to an 11th place finish.

July 17th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports was in action in Round #4 of the Southern Nationals at Swainsboro Raceway in Swainsboro, Georgia tonight. Thirty-two Super Late Models were on hand, and Tony once again locked into the feature event via time trials where he was second fastest in his group. After starting fourth in the feature, Knowles recorded a fourth place finish.

July 16th, 2009 - Tony entered the Southern Nationals event tonight at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, Georgia. After qualifying second fastest in his group in time trials, he earned the third starting spot for the feature. He would work his way into the second position near the race's midway point, before recording a second place finish behind winner, Casey Roberts.

July 14th, 2009 - Tuesday night found Tony in action in Round #2 of the Southern Nationals at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, Alabama. Twenty-eight Super Late Models were signed in for the event, and Knowles locked into the third starting position for the feature via time trials. He would go on to battle his way to a 4th place finish on an extremely rough track.

July 13th, 2009 - The team entered the opener for the 4th Annual Southern Nationals on Monday night at Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, Virginia. With 35 Super Late Models on hand, Tony finished 3rd in his b-main, earning him the 19th starting spot in the feature on the fast 1/2 mile. However, his night would come to an early end when the motor in his mount expired in the opening laps of the feature. He was credited with a 20th place finish.

July 11th, 2009 - Tony entered the Weekly Racing Series Event tonight at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia on Saturday night, and powered his way to a convincing win in the feature. It was his second triumph of the 2009 season.

June 28th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports wrapped up a busy weekend of racing in a pair of Bama Super Series Super Late Model events in the state of Alabama. On Friday night at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, Alabama, Tony qualified 5th fastest in his group, which earned him the 9th starting spot for the 40 lap feature event. Early in the race, Knowles would crack the top five and would spend the remainder of the event battling Daniel Miller and Billy Moyer Jr. for the 3rd position. Knowles would ultimately finish a solid 5th in the feature.

On Saturday night, the team traveled to Moulton Speedway in Moulton, Alabama for a $3,000 to win event with the Bama Super Series. Tony would once again lock into the feature via time trials as he secured the sixth starting position. Early in the race, Knowles would race his way as high as the fourth position before fading to a 7th place finish late in the race with an ill-handling car.

June 24th, 2009 - Tony wrapped up the Great Northern Tour with the World of Outlaws on Wednesday night at Big Diamond Speedway in Minersville, Pennsylvania. Forty-six Super Late Models signed in for the event, and Tony qualified 21st fastest, which resulted in him starting 6th in his heat race. He would slip to an 8th place finish in his heat race, which pinned him deep in a b-main event. After starting 7th in the b-main, he advanced to a sixth place finish, which was just short of a transfer to the feature event, bringing his night to an early end.

June 23rd, 2009 - The team traveled to Canandaigua Speedway in Canandaigua, New York tonight for another World of Outlaw Super Late Model event. With 31 Super Late Models on hand, Knowles qualified 13th fastest and picked up a 5th place finish in his heat race to lock into the 13th starting position for the feature. In the main event, Tony would advance to an 8th place finish at the 4/10 mile oval.

June 22nd, 2009 - TKR Motorsports competed at Can-Am Speedway in LaFargeville, New York on Monday night. Thirty-one Super Late Models were on hand for the event, and Tony qualified 18th fastest in time trials. After starting sixth in his heat race, he battled his way to a fourth place finish, earning him the 12th starting position for the 50 lap feature. However, his night would come to a very early end, when a lap one melee would result in right front suspension damage, bringing Tony's night to an end.

June 21st, 2009 - Tony had another strong outing with the World of Outlaws on Sunday night as he entered the third and final round of the Canadian events at Cornwall Motor Speedway in Long Sault, Ontario. Knowles qualified 4th fastest of the thirty Super Late Models on hand, and picked up a fourth place finish in his heat race, which resulted in him starting 10th in the main event. During the course of the 50 lap event, he would advance to a 9th place finish.

June 20th, 2009 - Saturday night's World of Outlaw Super Late Model event at Drummondville Speedway in Quebec was nixed by Mother Nature.

June 18th, 2009 - Tony opened the Great Northern Tour tonight at Ohsweken Speedway in Ohsweken, Ontario. With 42 Super Late Models on hand for the World of Outlaw event, Tony struggled in time trials as a result of a flat tire and qualified 37th fastest. As a result he had to start deep in his heat race in the 9th position. Despite being behind the eight ball, Knowles raced his way to the 5th position, which was one spot short of a transfer, but still earned him the outside front row starting spot for a b-main. Tony raced his way to the b-main win and started 18th in the 40 lap feature event. In the main event, Tony had a great car and blasted his way to a 6th place finish, which was his best ever in World of Outlaw Super Late Model action. He also received a $500 bonus for being the highest finishing driver outside the top 12 in WoO points.

June 14th, 2009 - Although he had to spend part of the time dodging rain, Tony still had a very busy weekend. Things got started on Thursday night at Duck River Speedway in Wheel, Tennessee with a $7,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Series Event. The event drew 38 Super Late Models. After finishing second in his heat race, Knowles started 4th in the feature event, and raced his way to a 4th place finish on a track where passing was difficult.

On Friday night, TKR Motorsports once again competed with the Lucas Oil Late Model Series as the tour invaded North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia. Tony started 14th in the main event and advanced to an 8th place finish on a lightning-fast track.

The team was scheduled to compete at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama with the Lucas Oil tour on Saturday night, but Mother Nature nixed the program. As a result, Tony competed at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia, where he picked up a 3rd place finish in the feature event.

June 6th, 2009 - TKR Motorsprots entered the 11th Bill Ingram Memorial on Saturday night at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia. With $5,000 on the line for the winner of the 50 lap affair and 28 Super Late Models signed in for battle, Tony set fast time and earned the pole position for the feature event. He would take control of the lead at the drop of the green flag and held down the top spot until a lap 39 restart, when Frank Ingram slipped by to take the lead. Knowles would chase Ingram for the balance of the event, but was not able to retake the lead and had to settle for a second place finish.

May 31st, 2009 - Tony was in action in a pair of Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Model events over the weekend in Alabama. On Friday night, the team competed at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama with 43 Super Late Models on hand. Tony qualified 3rd fastest in time trials, which locked him into the feature event with a sixth starting spot. In the feature, he would battle his way to an 8th place finish in the 40 lap feature.

On Saturday night, the team would run into difficulties at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama. With 40 Super Late Models on hand, Tony would record a top five finish, but was disqualified after the race, due to series' officials deeming that Tony may have got an early jump on a restart.

May 24th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports made the long trek to West Plains Motor Speedway in West Plains, Missouri for the 17th Annual Show Me 100 over the weekend. After competing in the practice session on Thursday night, Tony get the event underway with time trials on Friday. Knowles would struggle in time trials, which would result in him starting 8th in his heat race. He would fight an ill-handling race car to a 9th place finish, which pinned him with a starting spot deep in a b-main event. Knowles would pass a few cars, but fell short of earning a transfer to the main event, which brought his night to an end.

May 18th, 2009 - Tony set out to compete in a pair of Bama Super Series events over the weekend at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, AL) and Moulton Speedway (Moulton, AL). On Friday night at North Alabama Speedway he would race his way to a 5th place finish in the $2,000 to win, 40 lap feature. Knowles was hoping to pick up anothe $3,000 win on Saturday night at Moulton Speedway, but Mother Nature had other ideas as the event fell victim to heavy rain.

May 9th, 2009 - For the second Saturday in a row TKR Motorsports would enter a Weekly Racing Series Event at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia, and for the second week in a row Tony would set fast time around the 3/8 mile oval, earning him the pole starting position for the feature. However, heavy rains set in halfway through the evening forcing the event to be postponed.

May 8th, 2009 - Tonight, Tony competed at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama in a Weekly Racing Series Event. With 18 Super Late Models on hand, he set fast time in time trials, which earned him the pole position for the feature event. He would snag the top spot at the drop of the green flag and maintained the lead until late in the race when Jake Knowles slipped by him in heavy lapped traffic. Tony would go on to record a solid 2nd place finish.

May 3rd, 2009 - After getting rained out on Friday night at Boyds Speedway in Ringgold, Georgia, Tony entered the 2009 season opener at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia. After setting fast time in qualifications, he would qualify on the pole for the feature event with Clint Smith starting to his outside. At the drop of the green flag, Smith got the whole shot heading into turn one. Tony would battle Smith for the entire event for the top spot before finally settling for a solid second place finish.

April 26th, 2009 - TKR Motorsports had a busy weekend as the team entered three events in three nights. On Thursday night, the team was in action at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama in the "Road To Dega 50" Tony earned the 3rd starting spot for the feature event via time trials and would pursue race-long leader, James Ward for the entire event, before settling for a second place finish.

On Friday night, Tony traveled to North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, Alabama for a $3,000 to win Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Model event. After struggling in time trials, Tony would be pinned with a starting spot deep in the field for the 40 lap feature. On a track that offered little passing he would retire to a 16th place finish.

On Saturday night, the team changed their original plans, which were to race at Talladega Short Track, and traveled to the Southern Regional Racing Series event at Thunderhill Raceway in Summertown, Tennessee. Once again a $3,000 to win, 40 lap event was on tap. Tony would set quick time for the event against the 25 car field and would battle for the top spot for the entire event before finishing in the second position.

April 18th, 2009 - Tony Knowles Racing entered the Weekly Racing Series Event at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama on Saturday night. With 26 Super Late Models on hand, he recorded a 7th place finish in the feature event.

April 11th, 2009 - Tony traveled to Columbus Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi over the weekend for the 8th Annual Rebel Challenge. 44 Super Late Models signed in for battle on Friday night for the $3,000 to win, 40 lap event. Tony would qualify for the feature, but would retire early in the event to a 20th place finish.

On Saturday night, 45 Super Late Models were in action for a $10,000 to win winner's share. After locking into the main event via time trials, Tony started 3rd in the feature, but would fade to an 11th place finish with an ill-handling car in the 60 lap event.

April 4th, 2009 - TKR was in action in the Shamrock 60 tonight at Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee. The event, which was sanctioned by the Southern All Star Super Late Models drew a stellar field of 42 Super Late Models. After starting 8th in the feature, and fading to the back of the pack in the race's early stages Tony would use the cushion to race his way back to an 11th place finish in the event.

April 3rd, 2009 - Tony entered the Southern All Star Super Late Model event at North Georgia Speedway at Chatsworth, Georgia tonight. With 37 Super Late Models on hand, Knowles qualified 4th fastest around the 1/3 mile, lightning fast oval. Tony's qualifying time earned him the fourth starting spot for the feature, and that's where he would finish at the conclusion of the 40 lap event behind Randy Weaver, Chris Madden, and Jonathan Davenport.

March 22nd, 2009 - Tony picked up his first win of the 2009 season over the weekend as he competed in a pair of Bama Super Series Super Late Model events in Alabama. On Saturday night at Moulton Speedway in Moulton, Alabama, he bested a field of 34 Super Late Models to win the 50 lap, $3,000 to win event. Tony qualified in the fastest in his group and second fastest overall, which earned him the outside front row starting position for the feature. He grabbed the lead exiting turn two on the first lap, and never looked back en route to the win.

On Friday night he competed at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Tony battled a tight race car early in the evening, which pinned him with a starting spot deep in the field. He would retire midway through the event to a 16th place finish.

March 8th, 2009 - TKR was in action today at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina in a $10,000 to win event. Tony would record a 9th place finish.

March 7th, 2009 - Tony entered the Southern All Star Super Late Model Series event tonight at North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia. With 41 Super Late Models on hand, Tony qualified 13th, which earned him the outside front row starting position for qualifier #1. Tony would lead the race flag to flag to earn the 11th starting position for the 50 lap, $5,000 to win feature event. By the time that the checkered flag fell on the event, Knowles was credited with a 12th place finish.

February 22nd, 2009 - Tony entered the 12th Annual Bama Bash at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama over the weekend. Thirty-one Super Late Models signed in for the event. In time trials, Tony qualified fourth fastest, which earned him the outside front row starting position for the first heat race. Knowles would finish a close second to Cook, which resulted in him starting fourth in the 70 lap, $7,500 to win/$500 to start feature on Sunday afternoon. He had high hopes for the event, but as is typical for daytime events, there was only one good groove for the feature. As a result, Tony would fall in line in the 5th position, and that's where he would finish at the checkered flag.

February 15th, 2009 - TKR competed in the second event of 2009 over the weekend in the 7th Annual Winterfest at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Tennessee. On Friday night, an Open Practice Session was held, and a $1,000 to win King of the Hill event was also held. The King of the Hill event consisted of randomly matched pairings in the Super Late Model event, where drivers battled in a green, white, checkered format. The last unbeaten driver was declared the King of the Hill and won $1,000. Tony was able to race his way to the King of the Hill title, and claimed the $1,000 check! On Saturday, February 14th, a complete program was held that culminated in a $3,000 to win main event. With 42 Super Late Models entered for the event, Tony qualified second in his group, which earned him the 7th starting position for the feature event. By the time that the feature event hit the track, the racing groove had narrowed considerably, and passing was at a premium. As a result, Tony had to settle for an 8th place finish.

February 1st, 2009 - Previous Winter Classic Champion, Tony Knowles, entered the 9th Annual Winter Classic on Saturday, January 31st. With 39 Super Late Models on hand, Tony drew a very competitive group and qualified in the third position. With only the top two qualifiers in each group locking into the feature, Knowles was forced to run a b-main event. He started first in b-main #2 and would drive away from the field to take the win and earn the 10th starting position for the feature event. Tony would battle an ill handling car in the 40 lap feature, and would ultimately finish in the 18th position.

January 25th, 2009 - Tony was originally slated to compete at Columbus Speedway over the weekend. However, inclement weather forced the postponement of the event to next weekend. As a result, Knowles Motorsports made the decision to compete at Boyd's Speedway in Ringgold, Georgia in the $5,000 to win event on Saturday. In time trials, Tony qualified 2nd with Ray Cook setting a new track record on his qualifying lap to be the top qualifier. The top six cars in qualifications were inverted for the pole sitters dash. After starting 5th in the dash, Tony advanced to a 3rd place finish, which earned him a 3rd place starting position for the feature. In the feature, Tony would battle throughout the top five before recording a 5th place finish.

Next up for TKR will be a trip to Columbus Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi for the 9th Annual Carl Hogan Winter Classic paying $3,000 to win on Saturday, January 31st.

November 24th, 2008 - TKR competed in the second part of the Super Late Model Series Challenge at Green Valley Speedway on Sunday afternoon. Tony started 4th in the 30 lap feature event. He would lose three spots on the first lap when he was crowded off the back straightaway. He had rebounded from the 7th position to the 5th spot, when the race was red flagged on lap 19 for a horrific crash involving Byron Michaels. Michaels had to be extracted from the car and life-flighted to a local hospital, where thankfully he was found to have no serious injuries. Due to the severity of the wreck, officials made the decision to end the race at lap 19. Tony was credited with a 5th place finish, and although he felt that he had a car that would've resulted in a better finish, he fully understood the circumstances.

November 22nd, 2008 - Tony competed today in the first part of the Super Late Model Series Challenge at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama. Tony started the day by setting quick time over the 29 Super Late Models on hand, which earned him the pole position for the feature event. Knowles would lead the entire event en route to the $2,500 payday!

November 17th, 2008 - Last night Tony competed in the second night of the Fall Late Model Nationals at Deep South Speedway. Tony qualified third in time trials, which earned him a third starting position for the 40 lap, $4,000 to win feature event. He would slightly miss the setup and battle his entry home to a sixth place finish.

November 16th, 2008 - Welcome to the launch of the Official Internet Home of Tony Knowles from Tyrone, Georgia. Last night TKR Motorsports competed at Deep South Speedway in Loxley, Alabama. With 29 Super Late Models on hand to battle for the $2,500 top prize, Tony recorded a time that would earn him the 4th fastest lap overall. As a result, he started 4th in the main event. He would battle in the top five throughout the 25 lap event, before recording a solid 4th place finish.
