Troy may only be 15 years old, but he is already a racing veteran with multiple feature wins and track championships to his credit. In 2010, Troy will enter his first full season in the 360 c.i. Winged Sprint Car division. Dow is set to compete in various USCS and ASCS events throughout the Midsouth region as well as several events at his home track, Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas. March 27th, 2010 - Troy opened his 2010 season over the weekend at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi as he entered a pair of USCS Sprint Car Series main events. Heavy rains throughout the week left the track rough, and Dow would battle the setup each night as he fell just short of making the main event.

March 20th, 2010 - Due to the threat of rain, Dow Motorsports opted to not enter the USCS event at Malden Speedway in Malden, Missouri on Saturday night. The team will open their season on March 26th-27th at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi with the USCS Sprint Car Series.
